28 Glorious Years
On 28th May 2019, XIME completed 28 years of glorious service to the Nation. It was on the same day, 26 years ago that eight founders got together at the residence of the Archbishop of Bangalore and signed the Memorandum of Association of this Institution.
Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) is a private business school with three fully residential campuses, in Bangalore, Kochi and Chennai, all in India. The Institute pioneered the Association of BRICS Business Schools (ABBS, estd 2008) which is a platform for management education in Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.
XIME arranges international events in collaboration with seventeen partner institutions around the globe, including campus exchange programs, faculty exchange programs and an international study tour for its students. XIME took the initiative in formation of Association of BRICS Business Schools (ABBS), thus bringing together Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa

PGDM-Two year Fully Residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management

- AICTE approved a two-year, full-time, residential program.
- The annual intake of 180 students at Bangalore, 120 students in Kochi and 120 students in Chennai.

- Foundation courses in management covered in the first year.
- Electives, core courses, environmental and integrative courses covered in the second year.

Eligibility For PGDM Admission In XIME Bangalore
Bachelor’s Degree
- Candidates applying for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results may also apply.
- They should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then. They should be completing all their degree examinations before June 09, 2018. Such candidates are required to produce proof of passing the degree examination with the minimum required marks of 50%, latest by September 10, 2018.
- Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation are not eligible to apply.
Entrance Test
An entrance test score of 75 percentile and above in any of the following Entrance Tests (75 percentage for GMAT):
- XAT – 2020
- CAT – 2019
- CMAT – 2020
- MAT – May / September / December 2019, & February 2020
- ATMA – May / June / July / August / December 2019 & February 2020
- GMAT – 2018, 2019 and 2020 (score of 600 and above)
Only such tests in 2019-20 where results are declared latest by February 26th, 2020 will be considered
Selection process for PGDM Admission In XIME, Bangalore
- The score for academic performance in X Std., XII Std., Under Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Degree - 20%
- Score in the Common Admission Test (CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT) - 35%
- Group discussion/interview - 35%
- Weightage for participation in Sports, Extra-Curricular activities, Academic diversity and Gender diversity – 10%

February 26, 2020: Last date for online submission of duly filled-in application form along with the payment of application fee
1st to 15th March 2020: Dates for Group Discussion/Personal Interview at the 8 Centres (Exact dates will be intimated to short-listed candidates via E-mail only)
Third week of March 2020: Declaration of results (via email only)
